Lifetime warranty on implants
After each implant procedure, the patient receives an implant booklet, indicating the position of the placed implant, the date of the performed procedure and a unique serial number of implants. That implant booklet is a lifelong guarantee for the implants. Lifetime warranty refers to total or partial damage to the implant itself. In case of rejetion of the implant, the patient is entitled to a refund of total 2.000,00 kuna, in case the reimplantation is not possible.
2 year warranty on semi-fixed and mobile prosthetics
For all semi-fixed and mobile prosthetics, the warranty is 2 years and it refers to technical damages – to fractures on ceramics and/or dentures.
5 year warranty on fixed prosthetics
The warranty for all types of crowns and bridges is 5 years and refers to technical damages to prosthetic work or to fractures in ceramics.
Warranty terms:
The warranty for all the treatments with the Dental Center Mirakul is valid only in case of showing the bill and the implant booklet, in case of dental implants
Regular and proper maintenance of oral hygiene according to the instructions obtained in the clinic
Regular check-ups at least once a year, according to the instructions and exclusively at Dental Center Mirakul, according to the valid price list
The warranty does not apply to people who consume tobacco products
The warranty does not apply to existence of diseases that have negative effects on the teeth (diabetes, osteoporosis, periodontitis, chemotherapy, etc.)
The warranty does not apply if semi-fixed or mobile dentures are not removed and/or placed correctly according to the instructions of the doctors
